The blonde woman's arm isn't aligned correct, and the slant of the desk seems off, but still a good drawing. I like the cartoony look defiantly.

I like the professionalism in the hands, it's something I've always had trouble with, also please keep up with the clean art like this.

Regarding the hands, I learnt how to draw them through Jazza's videos, he made 2 very detailed videos about them, and Marc Brunet shows how to paint them :) Hope that helps a little.
Also I wonder, when you say "keep up with the clean art", you mean without line-art or with accurate painting? I could certainly make more like this, but this one was just an experiment, to see what a painting without lines would look like.
